Are you looking to help your congregation understand the discipleship aspects of the Christian Year? Dr. Lori Elliott Elbert is available to lead a worship conference in your church. She has been a worship leader in congregations spanning the gamut of worship styles and holds a Doctor of Worship Studies. Her passion is teaching lay people what worship is and how it should translate into their daily lives.

Why Do We Do That? -- Participants will come to understand the meaning behind the different elements included in the typical worship serivce; elements like prayer, offering, singing, preaching, greeting, and Communion.
The Journey of Lent -- Participants will learn how Lent can be a tool of discipleship for today's Christians through experiencing Lent as journey away from self and sin and toward God.
The Right Way to Worship -- Is there a right way to worship? Does that right way include choirs or bands? Is worship about the right style? Or is it about the right heart?
